    【摘要】目的：探讨乳腺癌改良根治术的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析1999年3月至2001年3月我院收治的30例乳腺癌患者的临床资料，观察保留胸大、小肌乳腺癌改良根治术的治疗效果。结果：30例患者均顺利完成手术，术后发生皮瓣坏死1例(3.33%)，皮下积液3例(10.00%)，患肢肿胀2例(6.67%)，患肢功能障碍1例(3.33%)，生存3a以上26例(86.67%)，生存5a以上19例(63.33%)。结论：乳腺癌改良根治术是治疗乳腺癌的有效方法，术中规范操作和正确处理，术后采用放疗、化疗等综合治疗，可以减少并发症的产生，降低复发及转移的概率，提高手术的远期疗效和患者的生存率。
